If a business relationship develops from your enquiry, data relevant to that relationship will be retained for the duration required by Belgian commercial and tax law (generally seven years).

4. Data sharing and sub-processors

LAAP Group BV does not sell or share personal data with third-party advertisers. We use a small number of sub-processors to deliver this website. Our website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel Inc. (United States), covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. Contact form submissions are delivered via a server-side mail relay; no email marketing platform stores your data. No other sub-processors have access to personal data collected via this website. We may disclose data to competent authorities where required by applicable law or a binding judicial order.
